Meet Mr. Ziettlow
by Todd Ziettlow
I grew up in Ekalaka, MT, a very small town in the southeast corner of Montana. I attended college at Chadron State in Chadron, NE. Where finished my undergraduate work in 1995. After graduation I accepted a position working for the college in the admissions office, where I worked for two years. My wife was commuting to Hemingford while we were living in Chadron, when a math position opened. This was a great opportunity for us to live and work in the same community and great place to start my teaching career. This is where I worked for the next eight years, the first five as a Math teacher and the last three as the High School principal. In 2005 our family decided to move the eastern part of the state after my wife accepted a position as the Elementary Principal in North Bend. After moving to North Bend I held a variety of teaching positions in Scribner, Columbus, and Fremont before the position opened at NBC. This year is my second year with North Bend Central and my thirteenth year total. Our family has loved the school and community and I appreciate the opportunity to work with our youth.
My current teaching assignment includes Pre-Algebra, Algebra 1, Algebra 2 and Calculus and I currently assist with football and serve as head golf coach.
