Teacher and administrator openings will be announced on this website, through the Sunday Omaha World-Herald and through other sources, including college placement offices. Openings for non-certificated staff will be announced through this website, the North Bend Eagle, and through other area newspapers. The district's application forms are available on this site and can be downloaded, printed, and sent to the address above.
At present, NBCPS has the following openings:
(1) Vocational Agriculture Teachers/FFA Sponsor. Seeking a Voc Ag teacher and FFA Chapter Sponsor for the 2010-11 school year. Coaching or other sponsorships may be available. Must have or be qualified for a Nebraska Teaching Certificate with Agricultural Education endorsement. See information letter posted below and complete NBCPS Teacher application form below.
NBC VOC AG/FFA INFORMATION LETTER
(2) Elementary Teacher (2 positions). Seeking one teacher for Kindergarten or lower grades assignment. Early Childhood endorsement preferred. Seeking one teacher for general elementary, likely assignments in Grades 3-6. Strong reading background preferrerd for both teachers. ELEMENTARY TEACHERS INFORMATION LETTER
(3) Food Services Manager, K-12. Position to be open approximately Aug. 2, 2010. Includes overseeing multi-site school lunch program and supervision of six staff. Completion of Nebraska Department of Education food service manager training required. Complete the Non-Certificated Staff Application Form below.
(4) Substitute Bus Route/Activity Driver. See the information letter posted below and complete the Non-Certificated Staff Application Form.
