H1N1 VACCINE ALERT!!!
Three Rivers District Health Department will hold an H1N1 vaccination clinic at North Bend Elementary on Thursday, February 4th from 3:30 - 6:00 p.m.
Vaccination consent forms can be completed prior to the event. The forms can be found at:
www.threeriverspublichealth.org or nbtigers.org
The free vaccine will be available in the injectable and nasal mist forms. Three Rivers District Health Department will dispense the vaccine to anyone who is a resident of Dodge, Saunders, or Washington Counties.
