Throwing it back to the 2009 NBC Dodgeball Tournament, where the championship game was an absolute dogfight!
When the dust settled, The Purple Cobras claimed the title. Team members included Danny Ahl, Adam Emanuel, Eric Kavan, Ethan Bauer, Tyler Kingston, and Drew Hines.
Finishing as runner-up was Team Ramrod, made up of Nick Lodl, Colby Dolezal, Nick Dobrusky, Kyle Langhorst, Tyler Baumert, and Beau Emanuel.
Fast throws, close calls, and plenty of bragging rights made this a tournament to remember!

A big thank you to Clarkson High School for making the trip to North Bend Central last night for a combined JV and Varsity team camp! We appreciate the great competition, sportsmanship, and the opportunity for both programs to improve.

Throwing it back to 1949 and this hardworking group from the NBC Library Committee!
Under the leadership of Marjorie Karpisek, these students organized skits, speeches, and programs throughout the year to help raise money for additional library books. Every third Wednesday, jars were set out to collect coins during the school day, and the NBC School Board matched the funds raised by the students.
Their efforts made a real impact—in 1948 alone, the committee helped add 70 new books to the library!
A great reminder that school spirit and community support have always been part of NBC history.
