The National Honor Society at NBC is excited to announce the creation of a Student Assistance Fund to support students at NBC and NBCE. Proceeds from the sale of our NBC keepsake coloring books will be used to establish and grow this fund.
The purpose of the Student Assistance Fund is simple: to provide timely, confidential support for students facing unexpected needs or challenges. Staff members at NBC and NBCE will be able to submit requests on behalf of students who may benefit from a little extra help. Through this effort, NHS students hope to make a meaningful difference in the lives of their peers and strengthen the sense of service to others within our school community.
Tiger Fans, due to predicted weather and travel conditions the C1-4 subdistrict final basketball game at Macy scheduled for this evening will be postponed to a TBD day and time.

Due to the predicted winter storm and timing, NBCPS will be closed today, Thursday, February 19, 2026. Boys state wrestling will take place as scheduled. If changes are made, information on tonight's girls basketball sub-district final will be communicated. Stay safe Tigers.

The NBC National Honor Society enjoyed hosting and serving a special Valentine’s Day lunch at The Gathering Place last Friday! Students worked hard to raise funds to cater the meal and had a wonderful time serving everyone who attended. It was a great day of spreading kindness, sharing smiles, and celebrating our community. ❤️

Due to ongoing construction at the NBC track facility, the track area currently does not have power. As a result, all track meets hosted at NBC will begin at 10:00 a.m. for the 2026 season. Thank you for your understanding.

There are still tickets available for all sessions (boys and girls). You can avoid all fees and purchase a ticket at the box office the day of the event. Any ticket advertised online for a face value of more than $10 is a third-party vendor that has purchased a ticket and is reselling it.
Boy’s sessions 5 & 6 tickets will only be available at the box office the day of the session.

NBC got hyped for the week with an AMAZING pep rally to close out yesterday!
We celebrated our 5 NBC wrestlers heading to state this week and wished our cheerleaders and dance team the best of luck as they prepare for their state competition at the end of the week!
We’re also fired up for Girls Basketball as they begin their district bracket and for Boys Basketball as they wrap up the regular season and head into districts!
Students competed in teams to stack boxes and spell out TIGERS — and the Purple Team came out victorious!
