The 2019 NBC Boys Basketball team lit up the record books! 🏀🔥
That year they set multiple school records, including:
• Most wins: 25
• Most points scored in a season: 1,818
• Most 3-pointers in a season: 173
• …and more!
With all that momentum, they capped the season as State Runner-Up. An unforgettable team and an unforgettable year!

Mr. LaFleur’s 7th grade speech class put the art of persuasive speaking to the test today! After watching a TED Talk about creativity in schools, students used that inspiration to imagine what a school would look like if creativity was the main focus.
They designed floor plans, proposed class offerings, drafted school rules, and more. Their ideas included skydiving rooms, napping spaces, pools, expanded libraries, and so many other innovative features!
Students then presented their schools to a panel of peers and staff, each armed with pretend money to invest in the most persuasive and creative project. The group that earned the most investment was crowned the winner.
Such a fun and imaginative day—great job, 7th graders! 🎨📚✨
