Power has returned at the MS/HS! We will finish our day normally.

With our current power outage at the MS/HS, we are making two plans. One for when power returns, and one for releasing students. Our cut off time is 11am, as that's OPPD's power return time. If we have no power at 11am, all MS/HS students will be released. Buses will run accordingly. ES students will stay in school.

The power is currently out at NBC MS/HS. The ES still has their power.
We are trying to get this remedied. All kids are safe and accounted for.
The phones at the MS/HS will work for another 10 minutes or so. If you have an issue, please email the office.

Check out the NBC Artist's at the EHC show this week!

The NBC World History class prepares to repel the enemy, using the narrow hallway to their advantage with their 1/4 sized Greek Phalanx. The students have been studying the Trojan, Persian, and Peloponnesian wars in class.
The Greek phalanx was a unit of 8 ranks of 8 hoplite soldiers, armed with a spear called a ‘doru” or “dory” and a large wound shield called a hoplon. Alexander the Great later expanded the phalanx to 16 ranks of 16 hoplites.
